Can I pursue MA Geography from Distance Jiwaji Univ & B ED regular from MP same year? How I give last migration(original) for both course?

I have completed MA History in 2013. Now I am studing MA Geography from Distance Jiwaji Univ Session 2014-15. Please advice, can I take admission in B ED regular from MP for session 2014-15? Further How I deposit last migration (MA from IGNOU) in original for both course?
