Can I pursue MA in English literature after completing BE?

I have a keen interest in English literature. I came first in the NPTEL course on American literature and culture (88%) and won a gold medal in the NPTEL course literary theory and literary criticism (93%). I am also doing two other courses, postcolonial literature and renaissance and Shakespeare.

You can. Do you want it in regular mode or distance? But, you have to complete the criteria of studying English for Three Years in Graduation. Most of the universities demand giving additional exam for graduation in English for 2 years. Check with IGNOU as they might not be having the above rule.
