If you are pursuing BA Hons from School of Open Learning (S.O.L), then only you can pursue mass communication from any regular college, but you just can't pursue one course right after completing the other, because as per the university's rule, one can only pursue an under graduation course at a maximum age of 21years. So, if you cross this age, then you can't apply for a regular under graduation course. So, choose your course wisely.
