Can I pursue mass communication and journalism after completing B.Com in my graduation? I have got 70% in 12th with commerce.

Both these are same in one way or the other. Traditionally they used to call it journalism and mass communication. But, the modern nomenclature has brought mass communication as the name. MA in mass comm. and MA in journalism.and mass comm. will be same. The syllabus and name is mainly the decision
