Can I pursue mass communication from a government college if I am a student of medical stream with maths as additional subject?

Hello Pooja,
Just like any other educational course, in order to be eligible for mass communication course, you should meet the minimum eligibility criteria. While the selection process conducted by various colleges (Which includes interviews, group discussion, and written tests) determines your eligibility for a particular media or mass communication course at a university.
