For MBA, as it is a Masters degree you should have the under graduate degree as eligibility for MBA. You can check on internet if there is any university having some lateral entry or some other norms for Diploma holders to go for Masters. Good luck.

Min. eligibility criteria for MBA is graduation degree with more than 50% marks in Indian universities. Diploma in engineering is not equivalent to engineering or any other degree. It may look discouraging but unfortunately you are not eligible for MBA unless your complete graduation degree in subje
