Can I pursue Master of Business Administration?

I have done Diploma in mechanical instrumentation. I have 15 years of work experience.

For MBA, as it is a Masters degree you should have the under graduate degree as eligibility for MBA. You can check on internet if there is any university having some lateral entry or some other norms for Diploma holders to go for Masters. Good luck.

Generally MBA is for them, who have not studied technical or professional education and has experience in the same fields.

Min. eligibility criteria for MBA is graduation degree with more than 50% marks in Indian universities. Diploma in engineering is not equivalent to engineering or any other degree.
