Doing M.Arch in Architecture would be a good decision after B.Tech Civil. But there are certain points that you must think before making a final decision.
1. There are lesser job opportunities in architecture but it depends on the college that you are getting admission into. If placement records are

You can appear for the following exams for M.Arch
1. All India Competitive Examination (AICE) for Admissions to Masters Degree Programmes
2. All India Entrance Tests
3. Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology (CEPT) Entrance Exam
4. GATE etc.
