Can I pursue Masters degree in hotel management instead of pursuing MA in English? I'm an English major graduate.

Yes, you are eligible. Some of the reputed institutes are IHM Delhi, IHM Mumbai and Manipal. Manipal offers 2 years M.Sc in hotel management.
