Asked about Karnataka University, Dharwad - M.A. in History and Archaeology

I completed my bachelor degree with English, Sociology, Hindi and Punjabi. I want to pursue my career in archeology. Am I eligible for that? If not than what more courses I can go into?

Yes, it is possible to take up MA in archeology after completing a BA in English. The general eligibility criteria for MA in Archeology includes:
A bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university.
At least 50% aggregate marks in graduation.
Some colleges/universities may also require candidates to appear for an entrance exam for admissions. However, not all universities allow this. Some have placed restrictions on the bachelor's courses that a candidate must have completed before admission into the MA in Archaeology programme.
Please refer to the eligibility criteria of your choice of college for more details.
