Can I pursue Masters in computer science abroad after completing BCA in India?

Eligibilty criteria for seeking admission in MS in CS in foreign universities is 10+2+4 years education. BCA grads are not eligible for seeking admission in MS CS. Such grads have to do MCA or One year PG Diploma to become eligible for seeking admission in MS CS abroad.

But on the Shiksha, the requirement for Master of Computer Science is showing as a 4-year or 3 years graduate degree so, does that mean even 3 years pre-graduation is fine?
