Can I pursue Masters in designing?
I have done B.Tech in bioinformatics and currently working in the IT industry for 5 years as an automation QA.

Yes, you can. Many colleges are providing Master's degree (M.Des) in designing. Unitedworld Institute of Design is the best of the lot. Most of the Indian Institutes are open minded and do not set design undergrad degree as a criteria for M.Des. You could look at the following:
