Can I pursue Masters in designing?

I have done B.Tech in bioinformatics and currently working in the IT industry for 5 years as an automation QA.

Yes, you can. Many colleges are providing Master's degree (M.Des) in designing. Unitedworld Institute of Design is the best of the lot.
