Can I pursue Masters in History after graduating in Engineering? which are the institutes in Bangalore offering this course?

I wish to do MA in History through distance education. Completed my graduation in Engg. Am i eligible for this course? Which universities offer such coureses? Since i am residing in Bangalore i need contact centre in Bangalore
