You can pursue MBA after any stream study be it arts commerce or Science. Yes, that is the only way to do a MBA. MBA is a Master's programme with 2 years. So, basically you need to have a BA or BBA or B.Sc or B.Com degree to get a MBA degree.

Yes, you can do MBA after you complete your BA.
Make sure you do MBA from a reputed college so that you get good job placements. Also, choose the specialisation subject as per your interest area or the career line you want to go in for.
