Yes, you can go for MBA after B.Sc in Zoology. Minimum eligibility for MBA is 50% in graduation. Many students from diverse fields of graduation opts for MBA/PGDM course. MBA will focus more on managing and leadership skills which is needed irrespective the field of work.

Yes, you can pursue MBA after B.Sc zoology also. MBA can be done after any course. This is a management course and eligibility for this is graduation in any stream. So it can be done by any graduate. But, your career line will change from Science to management field.
