Yes, you can join MBA after completing BA. First, I will give you the specializations (branches) available in MBA.

You are fundamentally eligible for MBA after your BA. But, try to fulfil all the requirements from now onwards. Bestow your attention upon the procedure of admission. Prepare for GD and PI also.

Yes, that is the only way to do MBA. MBA is a Master's degree program, so basically you need to have a BA, BBA, B.Sc or B.Com degree to get an MBA degree. Yes, of course, you are required to be a graduate to become eligible for MBA, it does not matter which graduation course you pursue.
