I think, you should go for MCA after completing BCA, it is good for IT jobs. -
Obviously, you can pursue MBA after BCA as you would be eligible for almost all MBA entrances.

Yes, you can pursue MBA after BCA. Any graduate with more than 50% marks in graduation can go for MBA .You need to give CAT or MAT for the same.

Of course, you can. You have MCA also as a option.
but if you want to go for technical management line, then go with MBA IT because you have a background of IT field.
But keep in mind that you have to give entrances for this. -
