Can I pursue MBA after completing BCom?
Currently, I am pursuing BCom through Gujrati medium.

Yes, definitely you can do MBA after BCom in India.
You see, it's very easy to enroll for the course. According to the MBA eligibility criteria, all you need is 50% marks in graduation from a recognised university.
So, whichever medium you are studying is not at all going to affect your MBA dream.
