Masters in any thing has much more scope and it increases your knowledge in that particular field as well. But, it matters only if you really have interest in doing MBA after completing engineering. By doing MBA from top colleges, you can directly become assistant manager. So you'll be having great opportunities after completing your MBA after civil engineering. Here are some options of stream in MBA you can choose from -
Construction Management
Infrastructure Management
Project Management.
