Can I pursue MBA after completing class 12th in science?

You can do your MBA, but only after completing your Bachelor's degree. As a 12th science student, all options are open to you. Right now, apply for a Bachelor's degree. -

Though you cannot directly pursue MBA after 12th (completing graduation is a must), you can consider opting for the integrated courses like BBA+MBA. These courses are offered by some reputed B-schools like NMIMS Mumbai, Symbiosis Pune, IIM Indore, Christ Bangalore, etc. These B-schools have their own separate entrance tests, which you need to clear to get selected for the interview rounds (if any). -
You cannot pursue it right after class 12th. You have to go for any Bachelor's degree first then you can do MBA.
MBA course has no such restriction or criteria about what we should or shouldn't have in high school or undergraduate level.
For the record, a big part of MBA graduate's population has opted for engineering in UG course. If I am not wrong, all engineers have science as their optional subjects during high school.

The majority of B-schools offer MBA degree course after graduation. But some universities offer integrated BBA+MBA degree after 10+2. You may evaluate MBA dual degree from Amity University. IIM-Indore also offers 5 years integrated management programme. -

Yes, you can go for MBA but I will suggest, you should go only for the reputed university, otherwise, there will no value of a local university. You should prepare for CAT and MAT exam to get admission in a reputed B-school. -

MBA can be done after graduation with 50% or more. After +2 science, you have to complete your graduation then go for MBA by cracking the management entrance test.
