Can I pursue MBA after completing Diploma in mechanical engineering?

I have done 3 years Diploma in mechanical engineering after completing class 12th. I have 9 years of experience in IT industry.

For MBA, you need 10+2+3 so ideally, you cannot as Bachelors requirement is not fulfilled. Check the requirements for executive MBA in any university or IGNOU.
