Can I pursue MBA after completing Diploma, postgraduate Diploma and class 12th?
I have 4 years of experience in design field.

In spite of your experience and post Diploma, you are still not a graduate and do not meet eligibility criteria for MBA. Therefore, you are not eligible to pursue MBA, until you complete graduation degree with minimum 50% marks.

As per UK University's website the eligibility criteria is as follows:
The candidate must be a graduate (A Bachelors Degree) in any discipline to be eligible for ICFAI Distance education MBA course.
