Yes, you can do MBA after completing B.Tech.

Well if you are asking about college then IIM is the best for pursuing MBA, but apart from IIM, there are many other colleges for MBA like FMS Delhi,SP Jain Mumbai, Christ University, Bangalore. All you have to do is to score above 90 percentile in CAT to get good colleges.

If you have completed your B.Tech than do job for at least 2 yrs and join MBA. It is more valuable because if you want to do MBA from good colleges they may take admission on the basis of 3-5 yrs of experience.

People say it's good to do MBA after some experience. But to me, education should have a nice flow without any gaps.But it's left to you.
