    Nothing is better than that after engineering. You can go for PGDM program. If you want to pursue MBA, then it has to be from a recognized university. Otherwise, placement will be big problem.

    Yes, if you like to pursue your job along with studies, opting for a part time MBA program is a good option. You can go for NIBM (National Institute of Business Management) an online MBA provider. They offer online MBA program for the duration of 1 and 2 years.
    One year MBA, two-year MBA and one year Executive MBA are the main courses offered by NIBM.

    For doing MBA you should have a degree, you cannot join MBA after diploma even though you have many years of experience.
