    Hello Anu,
    Yes, you can. You can either look for an evening course or a correspondence course. Under special circumstances, some banks grant sabbatical to employees for pursuing full time courses.

    Yes, you can, but I advise against it. Banking sector jobs are very good and have high salary packages. Banking jobs are more glamorous than MBA. Don't think about pursuing MBA. If you are a government bank employee, you get lots of perks and facilities.

    Yes, you can pursue MBA. Some banks even offer you to do your higher studies while continuing the job. Most of the banks are also collaborated with Manipal University for the same.
