You can do that but they also asked for GMAT/GRE/TOEFL etc for English proficiency proof but there are very few colleges in UAE for management.

Any one who completed bachelor degree are eligible to do MBA in India or abroad. You may require to qualify some entrance test in India also but lots of colleges are available which do not require d any score card they just conduct their own entrance test or whatever criteria they set for admission
