your eligibility for most of MBA enterence has almost nil.But don't wary some private universities are somewhat better options for you who has taken admission on the basis of your enterence, GD & PI.

no in iim it is not possible. but there are reputed private colleges which may consider u if u score good marks in any etrance exams.

Yes, Absolutely. You have every chance that is available to an average Indian individual(assuming you have passed all the subjects and have/will receive your degree). There are certain b-schools that have minimum cutoff for graduation percentage, but there are a lot that do not have that restriction
