Can I pursue MBA from Canada or Germany as I have 20 backlogs in B.Tech?
I completed B.Tech with 60%.

It's difficult to get into Germany because people around the world come with an aggregate above 90 to 95 too. And, there is no surety too even with that good percentages. He /she can get a seat in Canada. Generally, universities does not allow more than 3 backlogs. You can try in colleges in Canada.
