Can I pursue MBA from IGNOU?
I completed B.Com in 2011 with 49%.

First of all a board does not award a degree. Are you sure you got B.Com from Maharashtra board? Second, IGNOU needs minimum 50% marks in graduation and you need to appear in OPENMAT to be eligible to apply for MBA.
