Can I pursue MBA from IIMs after doing 3 years in B.Tech?

Sure you can do. A B.Tech degree generally takes 4 years to complete but if you have a very good profile which most of the IIMs look for and you score the required percentile in CAT exam then surely you can study in an IIM.

A graduation degree is what you need as the eligibility for MBA. After that you should give the CAT examination and clear it with a very high percentile.
