Can I pursue MBA from UK or Ireland or PDGM from Canada?
I have scored 55% in B.Com and scored 7 band in IELTS. I scored 80% in class 10th and 68% in class 12th. I have 1 year of work experience.

There are universities in the UK and Ireland that offer MBA programs for freshers. You may also try MBA or PGDM options in Canada. Let me know in case of additional queries. -
Your experience is low. You need at least 3-years work experience and average 5 to 7 years of experience to get admission in any good management school in UK. You may get into a non-accredited or low profile institute but such MBA will not help you to get a job and you won't get any benefit.
