your idea is good.But you have to join distance MBA program. because now u have join your core engineering field job and also continue your mba in distance.After 2 yrs u will gain your field knowledge as well your MBA. -
Yes, you can pursue MBA. Apply in all colleges in top 20. And try and give all competitive exams

Of course.u can write various xms GMAT CAT etc for getting into Bussiness Schools
