your idea is good.But you have to join distance MBA program. because now u have join your core engineering field job and also continue your mba in distance.After 2 yrs u will gain your field knowledge as well your MBA.

Yes, you can pursue MBA. Apply in all colleges in top 20. And try and give all competitive exams
