Can I pursue MBA if I have two back paper in first year? Will I get admission any good college?

If you are appearing in these backs with your finals exams, you may definitely apply in good institutions but you must be sure you going to clear these backs. Few institutions also may allow you with confidential result of these particular backs, and you have to provide your final result i.e., DMC (marksheet) within 1 or 2 months. But in my opinion, you should drop for one year, so that, you'll have enough time for preparation of entrance exams.

Most of the colleges hardly bother about that. It's just that before applying for admission, you have cleared that paper and scored well.
