Can I pursue MBA? If no, what other course options do I have?

I have opted for PCB in UG.

You are eligible to pursue MBA subject to the condition that you have to qualify in any of the competitive exam like CAT, MAT, CAT, CET etc. If you are planning an MBA make sure you get seat in top 50 institutes, else there is no point on doing MBA. You have many other option but you need to decide
