Can I pursue MBA in Canada, Australia or New Zealand with 6.5 band in IELTS and 63 percent marks in B.Tech in EC?

I have 4 years of work experience in sales field. I also have a gap of one year.

    Hello Arun,
    You have a decent profile and you are eligible to apply for most of the universities in Canada, NZ and Australia. Your work experience will be an advantage, but your B.Tech aggregate is pretty less.
    I would suggest you to take GMAT and score well. A good GMAT score can definitely hinder your B.Tech Percentage. Your IELTS score is fine, unless the sectional scores are above 6.
