Can I pursue MBA in Canada or USA if I have already done my MBA in India?

Actually, b-schools want to test your reasoning behind getting a MBA degree from them. So, if you have already done a MBA or say a PGDM from a college already, then you will have to give very strong motivation behind going for another similar degree.
