MBA is a post graduate program, so you first need to complete your graduation & then explore MBA.

Hi, It is very nice that you are interested in doing your MBA after completion of your Diploma in civil engineering. However, minimum eligibility is graduation. Since you have done only Diploma, you are not eligible. You need to pursue and complete your graduation first and then go in for MBA. Best wishes.
