Now a days a lot of institutions run open MBA/PGDM programs ranging from 18 months to 3 years .
You could enroll your self for a e MBA/part time program/distance learning program in management .For this there is no open test ,however they do have some set norms of prior work experience for giving admissions.You can visit the specific institutes website and check on the admission criteria
