Can I pursue MBA in information technology after completing B.Sc in computer science? What will be the benefits?

Any organization (big and small) will benefit in recruiting someone who has both technical and managerial skills and MBA in IT provides you with these skills. The future prospects are also quite bright. Placement-wise, you can expect a good package.

You are eligible for MBA IT after B.Sc CS. MBA IT graduates are employed by IT companies in Pre Sales Support, Sales, Account Management and Business Analysis roles. Starting salary will vary from Rss 6 to Rs 15 Lakh per annum depending upon brand image of your management college.

Surely you can go for it. You can get a good job in IT sector. May be a system analyst or something. There are various workforce nowadays. Salary depends on how well you negotiate in your campus alongwith your knowledge.
