    Yes, definitely you can pursue MBA in US after completing your MBA in India. Be prepared to answer the questions in interview about the change and about doing double MBA.
    Apart from the Ivy League, some popular colleges to do MBA in US are:
    Babson College, Boston University, Bentley University, Chicago University etc.
