You are eligible to do MBA IT after B.Com. MBA IT will prepare you for Pre-Sales support , Account Management and Business Analysis in IT industry. But you will compete with normal MBA from good colleges for these roles. IT industry may prefer B.Tech CS - MBA IT over B.Com-MBA IT grads.
