I completed b.com with first class and now doing m.com through distance.

Yes, you can do MBA along with M.Com, but It can only be done if you opt MBA from Distance learning mode only. Only from this you can pursue MBA along with your M.com. You can't opt 2 regular degree side by side, if you do this, the education regulatory board terminate your studies and cancelled you
