Why do you want to do MBA after PGDM?
It is same as the only difference is institutes like: IIMs, XLRI provide PGDM and universities provide MBA. So, there is no point doing MBA after PGDM.

You cannot do PGDM without graduation as it's a professional course. Complete you graduation first and then decide.
All the best.
