Can I pursue MBA through correspondence which pursuing M.Com (business finance) in regular mode?

Yes, you can do, but I suggest you to do M.Com, as correspondence rather than MBA as correspondence.

Yes, you can pursue correspondence or distance degree with regular degree at same time.
