Can I pursue MBA through distance from any of the universities in USA being in India?

Such degree will not be valid in India and will be highly expensive as expensive as fee of IIM and ISB and there is no logic. You may to executive MBA from IIT Bombay which is offered in collaboration with a US University.

No, even for a full time MBA outside India, you need minimum 3 years work experience after graduation.
