If you are talking about 47 percentile in CAT(general), then I'm afraid it might be difficult for you to get into any top-notch recognized B-school. However, you may try for some other MBA entrance exams and fare well in them.
And if you are concerned about your X/XII th percentage, you might face some issues in getting shortlisted for GD-PI for colleges which consider these percentages. Else, it's upto you how well you are able to justify your low percentage in the interviews. -
