Yes, you can pursue MBA. The fee structure depends on the college reputation, infrastructure and facilities. I think that the top-most colleges charge around 50k for a year. -

If you are in Ahmedabad than Oak Brook Business School is one of the best institutes.
It's fee is comparatively less than all the other institutes. -
No, as far I know admission through merit and management quota are based on entrance result. The cut-off also vary due to this.
