Can I pursue MBA without clearing my supplementary exam? I did B.Sc CS in 2009 and I have a backlog in the same.

Before doing any course, you need to complete your graduation without any backlog.

You are not eligible to seek admission in MBA without clearing your back paper in B.Sc. You can not be treated as graduate until you complete full B.Sc CS curriculum requirement of your University.
