Yes you can, MBA can be persued by anyone from different professional field, not having Maths won't stop you from doing MBA. In regular MBA, all you need is little mathematics. I was too afraid of mathematics and I took commerce in class 12th without maths. But, in MBA you have to face easy maths. it's like profit and loss, simple interest. It's not tough, you could practice those.
