Yeah, you can do MBBS after BSc Nursing.
It may help you to prepare for Medical entrance examinations, but it won't give you any extra advantage in selection to MBBS.

Yes MBBS will be better after BSc nursing as it will give you a degree of high repute and a good career. Also BSc in nursing will help you in getting admission in MBBS colleges easily as you will be able to crack exams.
