Hi Dear With the score 390, you may get a private college MBBS. But better to reappear for NEET 2. It will open up more opportunities for you. All the best.

Well, as it's the first time, NEET is including private colleges, nothing can be said about the cutoff of private colleges. But Expected Cuttoff may be 45-50 %.
